About Nuno Ferreira Morgado

Nuno Ferreira Morgado is a partner and co-head of the employment and labour practice at PLMJ. With almost 20 years of experience in legal practice, he specialises in employment and labour law, as well as social security law. Nuno is well known for advising on employment structuring in the context of privatisation operations and large mergers. He has advised a number of Portuguese and multinational companies. In addition to his work on major restructuring processes, Nuno also has experience in employment disputes. He advises a number of multinational companies on all employment, labour and social security matters, especially pay and benefits, corporate investigations and collective bargaining.
