About Nuno Morgado Pereira

Nuno Morgado Pereira is dual qualified (Mozambique and Portugal BAR) and a managing associate in PLMJ’s banking and finance and capital market practice. He is also the head of the firm’s practice in Mozambique and has developed particular expertise on projects and financings in the Mozambican and Portuguese markets. With more than 10 years of experience, Nuno’s practice spans project finance and project development transactions, especially in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors, from greenfield to secondary market. His cross-border experience focuses on acting as counsel to sponsors/borrowers, commercial banks, multilateral and bilateral development financial institutions in connection with strategic joint ventures, project management, financial structures and products.
