About Sofia Nogueira Leite

Sofia Nogueira Leite is a senior associate in the Real Estate and Tourism practice at PLMJ. With more than ten years of professional experience, she has regularly advised Portuguese and international clients in a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on retail, shopping centres, agribusiness, office, residential, renewable energy, telecommunications and infrastructure. She has assisted clients in a variety of real estate transactions, representing them at all stages of the transaction and acting in particular on sales, leases, creation of property rights and land restructuring. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Institute’s Young Leaders Group.
