About Sérgio Teixeira
Sérgio Teixeira
is a managing associate in the real estate and tourism practice at PLMJ. With 15 years’ professional experience, he has focused on advising Portuguese and international hotel groups, large retailers and real estate investors. Sérgio has handled multiple real estate and corporate transactions, from defining the implementation of their corporate structures and financing, through to completion. Before joining PLMJ, Sérgio was a lawyer at the law firm FCB – F Castelo Branco e Associados.
