About Raquel Azevedo

Raquel Azevedo is a partner in PLMJ’s banking and finance and capital markets practices. She has over 15 years of experience in capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, public offerings for sale, takeover bids, corporate governance of listed companies, acquisitions by private equity funds, listed companies and financial sector companies, and privatisations. In addition, she has experience in setting up investment funds and in the field of financial intermediation. Raquel works primarily with listed companies and financial intermediaries. She has completed a postgraduate course in Banking, Stock Market and Insurance Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, and also obtained an LLM in Finance and Securities Regulation from King’s College London.
