About Tomás Almeida Ribeiro

Tomás Almeida Ribeiro is a partner in the corporate M&A and private equity practice at PLMJ. With more than 15 years of experience, he has worked mainly on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, private equity regulatory issues, corporate disputes and privatisations. His clients come from various industries and sectors, including sports companies, agribusiness, real estate, retail centres and tourism. Before joining PLMJ, Tomás was a lawyer in the Lisbon office of a leading Iberian law firm. He was also an adviser to the Minister of State and Regional Development of the 19th constitutional government of Portugal.
