About Constantin Benes

Constantin Benes is a partner with Schoenherr in Vienna and heads Schoenherr’s construction team. He specialises in construction law with a particular focus on industrial facilities as well as the development of housing and office projects, including construction litigation. A further focus of his expertise includes lease contracts, as well as securitisation in connection with reorganisations of financing. Constantin is the author of numerous publications focusing on all areas of real estate and commercial civil law and recently co-authored a section of a practice commentary on tenancy law. He studied in Graz, Austria and at Columbia Law School, New York.
