About Christoph Jirak

Christoph Jirak is an attorney at law at Schoenherr and has been part of the regulatory team since 2017. Christoph specialises in environmental and public law, with a particular focus on renewable energy. He focuses heavily on environmental impact assessment procedures in the infrastructure sector, particularly in the fields of renewable energy, industry, infrastructure and hospitals. Christoph was able to gain valuable experience during his secondment in the legal department of a leading Austrian energy company. He studied law at the University of Vienna (2016) and completed the specialisation in public commercial law. Christoph completed his judicial clerkship at the Regional Court for Criminal Matters in Vienna and at the District Court of Baden.
