About Christoph Moser

Christoph Moser is a partner at Schoenherr and co-head of the capital markets practice, specialising in complex capital market and finance matters. He leads teams on ECM transactions (initial public offerings, rights issues and secondary placements) and is an expert on equity linked/convertible bonds, debt capital market transactions (corporate bonds, high-yield, mortgage covered bonds, bonded loans, regulatory capital issues, etc) and securities law. Christoph advises international and domestic banks, issuers and investors on capital markets and securities law, and focuses on transactional work and corporate governance/compliance.
