About Clemens Rainer

Clemens Rainer is a partner in Schoenherr’s real estate and construction practice and specialises in real estate M&A transactions as well as the drafting and negotiation of real estate contracts. Prior to joining the real estate and construction practice, he worked for more than six years in Schoenherr’s corporate/M&A team, where he focused on the real estate asset class. He regularly advises on all real estate law issues in complex transactions. Prior to joining Schoenherr, Clemens worked for a national law firm in Vienna, focusing on Austrian corporate and real estate law as well as capital markets transactions.
