About Ayla Ilicali

Ayla Ilicali is counsel at Schoenherr, where she specialises in corporate real estate (transactional work, international portfolio deals) as well as real estate related securitisation in connection with the reorganisation of financings. Most of the transactions she works on include several jurisdictions, such as the sale of a leading Austrian real estate company in CEE/SEE. She also advises national and international clients on Austrian tenancy law and other real estate related aspects of asset management on an ongoing basis.
