About Michael Lagler

Michael Lagler is partner for real estate and head of the real estate and construction practice group. He mainly focuses on corporate real estate and M&A-driven property transactions in Austria and CEE. Together with his outstanding Vienna team and Schoenherr’s international offices, Michael handles commercial real estate deals, including the acquisition and development of office, leisure, hotel and retail property as well as nursing homes. Additionally, since the financial crises, Michael has had a strong focus on distressed transactions, where he regularly teams up with Schoenherr's banking and finance, tax and restructuring teams.
