About Thomas Kulnigg

Thomas Kulnigg is a partner at Schoenherr, where he specialises in venture capital, technology transactions, and other technology matters. Thomas is a member of Schoenherr’s steering committee and co-heads the firm’s IP and technology practice. He frequently acts for investors and start-ups on financing transactions and exits. Thomas has been a member of the Austrian Bar Association since 2010 and speaks German and English.
