Dominique Blommaert is a partner at Janson, and head of the dispute resolution practice. With over 30 years of experience, his expertise covers corporate and commercial, and banking and finance litigation. He also specialises in credit law, asset management and financial regulation. Dominique regularly represents various national and international financial institutions and assists clients in high-profile Belgian M&A litigation, including arbitration proceedings (both as counsel and arbitrator). He acts as counsel to Belfius in the Arco case. He practises in Dutch, French and English.
