About Jens Benoot

Jens Benoot is a partner at Janson. He has over 10 years of experience in banking, corporate and commercial litigation. He regularly represents banks in credit-related litigation and acts on behalf of shareholders, creditors and companies in corporate disputes and insolvency matters. Jens is one of the few lawyers in Belgium with experience in litigation finance, gained during his tenure as in-house counsel with a litigation funder. In this role, he also gained valuable experience in cross-border securities litigation, collective redress and asset recovery. His working languages include Dutch, French and English.
