About Florence Danis

Florence Danis is a partner in Linklaters’ litigation, arbitration and investigations (LAI) practice. She is an all-round litigator and expert in commercial and criminal matters, advising clients in a variety of sectors including the tech, financial and retail sectors. Florence is well versed in the Representative Actions Directive and in the Belgian proceedings adopted on that basis. She is recognised for her considerable expertise in defending clients in collective redress actions filed by consumer associations against large corporates or financials. Notably, Florence has acted for the defence in two of the rare class actions to be brought in Belgium.
