France Englebert is of counsel at Linklaters; she has significant experience in corporate real estate, project development, leasing (with a particular emphasis on office and commercial leases) and construction law (including architecture agreements, construction contracts, etc). Besides assisting clients in real estate (asset and corporate) transactions, advising clients on complex real estate issues, France also handles real estate disputes (ie, disputes involving RE acquisitions, sales, leases, easements, co-ownership, construction disputes). She is also an expert in the hotel sector and has a solid knowledge of commercial contracts and commercial law.
