About Lothar Van Driessche

Lothar Van Driessche is part of the energy and infrastructure team at Linklaters, where he advises on a wide range of topics and transactions, including project finance, construction and public law as well as ESG, with a specific focus on public and energy infrastructure and public-private partnerships. He has broad experience with all types of construction agreements (including 1999 and 2017 FIDIC Suites and NEC3/4), public procurement and government contracting, risk analysis and infrastructure finance (PPP/PFI), based on various types of contractual structures (eg, DBM, DBFM, DBFMO). He is a regular contributor to various academic and sector publications.
