Laurent Pyls is a managing associate in Linklater's real estate practice assisting (local and international) investors, developers, landlords and tenants on all aspects of commercial real estate in Belgium and Luxembourg as well as cross-border. He focuses on (asset and corporate/M&A) real estate transactions, the structuring of real estate development projects, construction law, sale-and-leaseback operations, as well as (VAT and non-VAT) lease and other occupation agreements. He has experience with complex real estate litigation and legal questions related to the integration of circular economy inspired business models in real estate.
