About Yves Moreau

Yves Moreau has been a partner at Linklaters since 1999, head of the real estate practice since May 2007 and Linklaters’ global head of real estate from January 2011 until March 2017. He has significant experience in real estate investments and divestments, real estate public procurements, construction law, M&A, notarial law, projects, real estate companies, real estate financing and taxation, registration duties and the structuring of real estate projects and joint ventures. Yves also has extensive experience in the field of leasing (financial and/or VAT) and lease agreements (office, residential and commercial). He advises the main Belgian (financial) lessors as well as companies (as lessees) in the context of the setting up (or dismantling) of complex (financial) leasing transactions. He handles both real estate (sale, long-term lease, leasing, split-structure,) and corporate real estate transactions.
