About Adam Wyman

Adam Wyman is a partner in the employment department at Travers Smith, where he advises UK and overseas employers on a range of employment issues. Adam’s experience includes advising employers on the strategy for executive dismissals, board disputes, and disputes with current and former employees (including senior executive issues and whistle-blowing). He runs litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court, creates team move strategies, and carries out investigations for corporates. Adam leads teams supporting employers carrying out change programmes and advising on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, including the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 and redundancy exercises.
