Louisa Chambers is a partner in the technology and commercial transactions department and a member of Travers Smith’s technology and retail sector groups. Louisa specialises in IP and technology law. She frequently leads major IT projects (eg, system implementations and IT outsourcings) and advises on all aspects of software, including licensing and the use of open-source materials. She also provides regulatory e-commerce and internet law advice to clients with online businesses. Louisa frequently advises clients on cyber-attack and data loss scenarios, advising on general crisis management strategy and notifications to the Information Commissioner and affected individuals.
