Christel Van den Eynden
is a partner of the firm and head of the Corporate and Finance practice. She advises international and national clients (listed and non-listed companies) on (cross-border) M&A and private equity investments, and has built up an extensive practice in project financed transactions, PPP and complex industrial projects, mostly in infrastructure, energy and renewables, and logistics. Christel advises clients in a wide variety of sectors, including retail, food, automotive, logistics and port-related activities, energy and green energy, (petro)chemicals, biotechnology and life sciences, financial and payment services, IT and hi-tech, hospitality and entertainment. She has particular expertise in cross-border acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and infrastructure projects. She also advises clients on issues of corporate governance, directors’ liability and issues of general corporate law.
