has been a tax partner at Liedekerke since 1990. He focuses on tax advice and tax litigation, primarily for major corporations, and has considerable experience in tax litigation before the tax administration and courts. He is one of the 20 lawyers admitted to the Court of Cassation Bar. He lectures on Corporate Tax at the Free University of Brussels, and heads up the LL.M. programme in Taxation there. He is a former member of the Permanent Scientific Committee of the International Fiscal Association.
