She advises national and international clients in the context of mergers and acquisitions and assists clients with the constitution of companies and the opening of branches. She also deals with the corporate housekeeping of a number of large international companies and can provide advice on directors' liability, corporate governance and other company law questions. Ellen holds a master's degree in law from the University of Ghent (2013) and an LL.M. in economic law from the University of Brussels (2014).
