About Isaac Rwapasika

Isaac Rwapasika is an associate at Liedekerke Great Lakes (Liedekerke’s Kigali office) and a member of the Rwanda Bar Association and of the East African Law Society. His areas of practice include corporate, banking, finance and labour law. Isaac has advised national and international companies in matters such as business set-up and registration in Rwanda, corporate restructurings, M&A, and complex labour law issues. He holds an LLB from the University of Rwanda, and a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD).
