About Margot Vandebeek

Margot Vandebeek is part of the fraud and compliance team at Liederkerke. Her practice encompasses all aspects of criminal law, with a focus on corporate criminal law in its broadest sense. She represents clients in criminal investigations and proceedings relating to, amongst others, forgery, corruption and abuse of company property, as well as social criminal law, food safety regulation and environmental regulation. Furthermore, she advises clients on a wide range of aspects that are related to criminal law, including the criminal liability of legal entities, their employees and directors, as well as on compliance programmes.
