About Serge Badibanga

Serge Badibanga is deputy general manager of Liedekerke’s DRC office and a member of the Kinshasa/Matete Bar. With more than 20 years of experience, Serge has developed solid expertise, both as an in-house lawyer and as external counsel. He has extensive experience in corporate, commercial and contract law. He has a proven track record in providing strategic advice, and in advising the firm’s national and international clients in relation to multi-jurisdictional, cross-border transactions as well as in litigation. Serge holds a Master’s in Business Law, a D.E.S. in Management and a Master’s in International Relations.
