About Serge Badibanga

Serge Badibanga is deputy general manager of Liedekerke’s DRC office. With more than 20 years of experience, Serge has developed solid expertise, both as an in-house lawyer and as external counsel. He has extensive experience in corporate law (including with setting-up operations, restructuring and liquidation) and commercial and contract law (including negotiating and drafting R&D contracts, licences, general terms and conditions, subcontracting, etc). He also assists clients in litigation, providing strategic advice, including in the context of collective proceedings. Serge holds a Master’s in Business Law, a D.E.S. in Management and a Master’s in International Relations.
