Tom Van Dyck is a partner at Liedekerke with more than 20 years’ experience and has been recognised in all major legal guides as a leading practitioner. He heads the firm’s FinReg Team with four lawyers dedicated to financial services advisory. The FinReg Team advises banks, insurance companies, payment institutions, e-money institutions, asset managers, financial intermediaries, fintechs and regtechs on all legal and regulatory aspects relating to their activities.
