About Valence Rukesha

Valence Rukesha is a senior associate at Liedekerke Great Lakes (Liedekerke, Kigali office) and his areas of practice include banking and finance, corporate and commercial transactions, property and real estate, project finance, project restructuring, employment and labour, and insolvency administration and business rescue. Prior to joining the firm, Valence was a senior associate at ENSafrica. He started his career at Rwanda Development Board as Registrar of Secured Transactions before pursuing his banking career and was a banker for 11 years, chairing the Legal Committee of Rwanda Bankers Association for six years. He is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association and of the East African Law Society.
