About Henrik Sjørslev

Henrik Sjørslev is a partner at DLA Piper Denmark and the Nordic practice group head. Henrik is a member of the board of the Association of Danish Insolvency Attorneys and is the Danish delegate at the European Insolvency Practitioners Association. His experience encompasses almost every industry sector, including real estate and insolvency matters within the airline industry. Henrik acts as trustee for some of the largest and most complex bankruptcy estates in Denmark. He is recognised as a leading insolvency expert and is a permanent administrator to the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court in Copenhagen, which hears all insolvency matters in the greater Copenhagen area.
