is a partner and Practice Group Head of the Danish Restructuring Group. His practice covers creditors’ rights and insolvency in general, including bankruptcy and reconstruction. Henrik is a permanent administrator to the Danish Maritime & Commercial Court (which hears all insolvency-related cases in the greater Copenhagen area) and a member of the board for the Association of Danish Insolvency Attorneys, and also the Danish delegate at the European Insolvency Practitioners Organization, determining how insolvency practitioners throughout the entire EU should align themselves with the industry leaders. He has acted as trustee of several high-profile bankruptcies, including Cimber Sterling A/S, E. Pihl & Søn A/S and Primera Air Scandinavia A/S, and his team has been very active for several years litigating high-profile High Court and Supreme Court cases regarding the extent and enforcement of floating charges.
