About Nick Green

Nick Green is an international corporate and funds partner, and cross-border investment specialist based in the Dubai office of Trowers & Hamlins. He is ranked in the 2026 Chambers Global Guide for his VC funds and early-stage company work. Nick has over 12 years of regional experience, in addition to his 14 in London and focuses on a range of corporate and funds mandates, acting for sovereign and institutional investors, family offices and HNW individuals. He specialises in regional GCC M&A, JVs, restructurings and funds work. Nick is also head of the regulatory and investment funds practice for the UAE, DIFC and ADGM.
