About Nina Henningsen

Nina Henningsen is head of Mazanti-Andersen’s gaming and gambling law group. Nina has extensive experience in advising major national and international clients within the gaming and gambling industry and was heavily involved in the first liberalisation of the Danish online gambling market in 2012 and follow-up legislation in 2017. Nina has been lead partner in a variety of high-profile cases and advises clients on matters such as principal regulation, compliance, corporate transactions, licence applications, lobbying, AML, IP and marketing. She has participated in legislative committees pertaining to the online gaming industry, frequently speaks at national and international conferences, and has authored articles on gambling in several legal publications.
