Darach Connolly specialises in EU and Irish competition law. He advises on a wide range of competition law matters, such as merger control, vertical agreements, abuse of dominance, competition complaints and actions for damages. In cartel cases, Darach has advised on multi-jurisdiction cartel investigations, leniency applications and settlement proceedings. His experience includes defending clients in dawn raids and antitrust investigations before the European Commission, and the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
