His expertise covers a wide range of areas, including clinical trials, marketing authorisations, reimbursement matters, advertising and promotion, distribution issues, public procurement and aspects of competition law. Notable experience includes representing a pharmaceutical company in proceedings initiated by a competitor challenging the validity of a marketing authorisation, assisting a prominent medical devices company in a dispute in relation to the classification and distribution of certain of its products, and representing a number of pharmaceutical companies in administrative, civil and competition proceedings initiated by parallel traders. He is a member of the Brussels Bar, a member of TOPRA (The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs), and a member of the Association for the Study of Competition Law.
