Peter L’Ecluse is a partner at Van Bael & Bellis, specialising in competition law and regulatory law at both the European and Belgian levels. He has been involved in most landmark cases in Belgian competition law, with expertise spanning merger control, dominant market positions, cartels and procedural issues. Peter regularly appears before European institutions, including the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Commission, as well as Belgian courts and authorities, such as the Constitutional Court, the Markets Court, the Council of State and the Belgian Competition Authority.
