About Camilla Hee Wille

Camilla Hee Wille is an associate partner at Bruun & Hjejle and combines a solid background in general corporate law with extensive experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including asset sales and real estate M&A, project development, commercial lease law, and general commercial law. Notably, Camilla advised Christiansholms Ø P/S ‒ a joint venture between Danica Ejendomme, Nordkranen, and Unionkul ‒ in the sale of a 25hours hotel under construction on the Paper Island in the Copenhagen Harbour. Additionally, she is currently assisting PensionDanmark in the construction of Copenhagen Hospitality College (Hotel- og Restaurantskolen), including the development of a campus area with student apartments.
