Christian Sahlertz is a partner at Bruun & Hjejle, where he advises lenders and borrowers on acquisition finance, project and asset-based finance, and other credit facilities and financing arrangements. Christian regularly assists with large-scale, high-profile transactions in the banking and finance sector, with a particular focus on acquisition and real estate financing. Within the hotel sector, he advised Nykredit on the financing of Midstar’s acquisition of the Admiral Hotel in Copenhagen. Christian is a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society.
