Elise Ross-Hansen is a partner of Bruun & Hjejle with more than 20 years of experience rendering labour and employment law advice in a broad range of areas, including M&A, private equity, restructuring, compensation, incentive schemes, and financial sector regulation relating to employees. Her experience also covers employee aspects in connection with investigations, equal opportunity and discrimination matters. Elise is a skilled negotiator and litigator, as well as a trained mediator. She is a member of the Danish and European Employment Lawyers Associations.
