About Frederik André Bork

Frederik André Bork is a partner of Bruun & Hjejle with more than 20 years of experience, including in complex transactions and merger filings, some of the most well-known abuse cases in the EU, several large and multi-jurisdictional competition law damages claims, and cartel investigations. Frederik also works with foreign direct investments (FDI) and procurement law. As former Head of Division at the Danish Competition Authority, Frederik has valuable insight into the authorities’ administrative and business procedures and working methods. Frederik is a member of the Danish Association for Competition Law.
