About Henriette Bjerg

Henriette Bjerg is a partner and a member of the board at Bruun & Hjejle, with extensive experience in the sale, purchase and letting of real estate, as well as construction contracts, development projects, and project management agreements. Henriette has strong skills within the hotel sector and recently advised CapMan on the acquisition of the Nordic hotel portfolio from Midstar. Furthermore, she advised Hines on the purchase of Købmagergade 44-46 and 50, and on the negotiations with 25hours regarding the development and lease of the property. Henriette is a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society, the International Bar Association, the Danish Housing Society, and the Danish Building Society.
