Jacob Goul Thomsen advises national and international clients on large-scale building and construction projects in Denmark. His expertise spans energy and infrastructure, hospital, commercial and residential projects. His clients include developers, contractors and technical consultants, and he provides advice on all aspects of construction law throughout the construction process from inception to completion. His primary focus is dispute resolution, where he handles complex court and arbitration cases. Jacob is also skilled in project development, including drafting and negotiation of bespoke construction, consultancy and supplier agreements, and has in-depth knowledge of the application of AB and FIDIC rules within Danish law.
