Ditte Grundtvig Larsen
is senior legal counsel in the firm’s labour and employment group. Ditte was admitted to the Danish Bar in 2009 and has extensive practical experience with employment law aspects of both national and international transactions, advising on transfers of employees and collective bargaining agreements under applicable TUPE regulation and information and consultation obligations. Ditte has assisted on a number of large-scale IPOs and her expertise also covers employment law advice in relation to outsourcing projects. Ditte also has extensive practical experience with general labour and employment law issues, including terminations of employment where both legal and HR aspects come into play.
