About Erik Kjær-Hansen

Erik Kjær-Hansen is a partner at Gorrissen Federspiel, where he leads the firm’s EU and competition law practice group. For more than 25 years, Erik has assisted Danish and international entities in relation to competition law, procurement law and state aid law. He has comprehensive litigation experience, including in several cases before the Danish Supreme Court. He has been involved in most Danish landmark competition litigation cases in recent years. Within his practice area, Erik often gives speeches and lectures, and he is the author of several legal articles. He is also the chairperson of the Danish Competition Law Society.
