About Josephine Alsing

Josephine Alsing is a senior legal counsel at Gorrissen Federspiel, where she is part of the EU and competition law practice group. Josephine has broad experience within all aspects of EU and Danish competition law. Litigation is a particular focus area for Josephine, and she has successfully represented clients before Danish courts. She assists companies with complex and comprehensive competition law disputes in relation to, inter alia, judicial review of competition authorities’ decisions and claims for damages for infringement of competition law. Josephine is active in Danish and international networks within competition law and gives presentations in these areas.
