About Lars Segato

Lars Segato is managing counsel at Gorrissen Federspiel and advises clients on international trade mark matters. Lars not only assists clients with obtaining trade mark and design rights but also advises his clients on how to maintain their rights and protect the valuable asset that a registered trade mark or design right constitutes. As a litigator, Lars also represents clients in infringement proceedings and IP-related cases before the Danish courts. As a former member of the Design Committee of the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA) and a former member of its Harmonisation Committee, Lars is experienced in participating in co-operation regarding design and trade mark law projects.
