About Lasse Skaarup Christensen

Lasse Skaarup Christensen is partner and group head at Gorrissen Federspiel and leads significant IP matters in Denmark. Assisting tech giants with their most important copyright disputes, he is particularly knowledgeable in the interplay between IP and tech. He plays a key role in Gorrissen Federspiel’s IP department, being particularly known for his success rate handling appeals in cases initially lost by other law firms. Lasse advises a significant part of Denmark’s retailers on IP and strategic issues. He also concluded a 25-year tenure as an Associate Professor at Aarhus University, where he taught trade mark, marketing and IP law.
