About Morten Nybom Bethe

Morten Nybom Bethe is a partner and head of the financial regulatory group within the finance group at Gorrissen Federspiel, also leading the regulatory workstream of the firm’s insurance and reinsurance group. He advises financial institutions and other market participants on the domestic and cross-border regulatory frameworks governing the conduct of financial business and the provision of financial services and products. A significant portion of his work concerns the regulatory aspects of M&A transactions involving financial institutions, undertaken in close collaboration with the M&A group. Morten has a particular focus on credit institutions, insurance companies, payment institutions and asset managers.
