Mikael Philip Schmidt
advises on M&A, including both public and private M&A transactions, and securities law issues. He is a partner of the firm and has extensive experience in all aspects of M&A transactions, including structured processes, private equity-driven transactions, the drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation, and the subsequent legal work for the operation of the company. Within securities law, his focus is the general disclosure requirements, IPOs and direct issues. The Danish market is Mikael’s primary focus, but he also often provides assistance in foreign transactions. Mikael is the author of the book “Prospektretten” (prospectus law).
